Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a combination of surfing and canoeing/kayaking. While standing on an oversized board you use a canoe-style paddle to move through the water.
Having taken the world of watersports by storm, SUP is a great way to enjoy the flat water and get a full body workout at the same time. Great fun for groups (minimum of 4 people), our basic introduction course will teach you everything you need to know to start out in the sport.
We run a variety of 2 hour taster sessions, on Sundays at 10.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00 at just £20.00 per person
With progression sessions to take you further on Wednesday evenings at 18.00 - 20.00 at £20.00 per person
We also run our ladies-only 4 week courses on Wednesday evenings at 18.00 - 20.00 at £60.00 per person
