Hurley Day Out
Not too early a start was nice for a change as we hit the road at nine am with Iwan, Morgan, Ed, James, Pod, Tom, Sam and talc on board on the way down to the legendary 3 gate Hurley weir feature.
We were greeted with an empty feature and sunshine so what more could we ask for. Some of the group were new to the wave or had only had 45 second competition runs so it was a good eye opener for them. People’s skills developed quickly with everyone looking comfortable on it by the end. It was safe to say that everybody was spinning left and right with ease and looking at Blunts by the end with the more experienced ones were aiming at Air blunts and pam am/ air screws so every one really got to push their skills to the next level.
Big smiles all round were the result of a tiring yet massively achieving session for all with all looking forward to the next competition and training sessions
