Our Progression sessions are for those who have completed one of our SUP courses or those who just wish to improve their SUPing. We will be coaching technique, paddling in chop and wind, equipment and training to race or adventure. This will improve your paddling, gain confidence and make you an all-round better paddler.
These are one off, 2 hour sessions.
