White Water Fest at CIWW

With our popular White Water Fest coming up, we have taken the time to tell you a little more about the event, and exactly why you should attend it. There will be lots of cool, exciting and interesting stuff going on, so why not come down to CIWW and embrace the feel good atmosphere with us! Entry is free of charge and the doors are open from 9am to 6pm, so feel free to come along any time during those hours. Or even better, make a day of it!

UK Flow Rider Tour
For the very first time CIWW will be hosting the UK Flow Rider Tour. It’s free to watch with the finals from 17:00. Watch the best Flow surfers in the UK battle it out to be crowned Welsh Tour Champion.

Cafe bar and Barbecue
Both warm and cold snacks will be available from our onsite cafe bar throughout the duration of the White Water Fest. Or if you would just like a cup of coffee and a piece of cake, we can cater for that too! Our cafe bar boasts a conveniently positioned balcony, making it the ideal spot for you to watch the events unfold. We will also be having a barbecue; our great tasting barbecue will be serving breakfast, burgers and hot dogs all day.

Trade stands
Is there something in particular that you are looking for? We have teamed up with some of White Water Raftings leading brands to bring you great products and deals. All of the people manning the trade stands will be more than happy to give you advice and recommend products that are suited to your needs.

Live music
As well as a being an action packed white water festival, the White Water Fest will see a number of great rock bands showcasing their talents. Music is great, but live music is even better. In-between enjoying activities and taking a look around stop and watch the fantastic live music that we have on offer.

Indoor surfing
Whether you are an experienced surfer, a newbie surfer, or just want to get a taste of the great sport, you will love our state of the art Indoor Surfing facility. To ensure that you are practicing the right technique, and to protect your safety, you will be placed under the watchful eye of our friendly professionals who will provide you with expert hints and tips. Please note: to surf you will need to book your session in advance, prices start from £22.50.

Competitions and races
A great opportunity to watch some fun races culminating in our famous, Dirty Dog Demolition Duckie Derby! The races are all booked on the day, great to watch with great prizes.

Paddling until 6pm
The pumps will be on a range of flows throughout the day from 09:00 – 18:00.
