Can I still call CIWW?

From Tuesday 27th April, our telephone lines will be open however prior to this, we will be contactable on info@ciww.com. We welcome your call if you need to discuss a booking or have an unanswered question, but we hope that our newly launched system will give you a much quicker and easier booking experience, at any time of the day.

How do I check activity availability? 

From each of the activity ‘book now’ links, you will be taken across to our booking platform, EOLA. Simply select your preferred activity, choose a date and the availability of that activity or course will be shown on a drop down menu below.

Why can I book some activities online and not others? 

Some activities may not be available at certain times or on certain days of the week, this could be for a few different reasons. One example is that an activity may run on a different speed of water (we operate a different cumec levels at certain times) or another could be that the Emergency Services are conducting flood rescue training at our venue. At present, some activities are unavailable due to restrictions currently in place, as enforced by Welsh Assembly Government. There are loads of great things to do at the centre, so if one activity isn’t available to do at the time you want, use the calendar function on the ‘book now’ button, to see what brilliant activities you can do.

Can I use a gift voucher to pay online?

Gift vouchers purchased from the 21st April 2021 will be redeemable online through our new booking platform. If you have a voucher gifted to you prior to this, then you will need to give either email us on info@ciww.com or give us a call on 029 2082 9970 to discuss your booking.

Can I still buy CIWW gift vouchers?

Yes! You can either choose to buy an activity as a gift through the activity link, or you can purchase a monetary gift voucher through the ‘buy credit voucher’ button.

What payment methods do you take? 

When you go through to the payments page, you will be taken over to our booking partner Eola. Eola accepts all major debit/credit cards including American Express.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an activity after I’ve booked it? 

All cancellation information can be found before you book on any activity through the book now button. Please read this before paying for your activity/course. At present, we are operating a ‘book with confidence’ policy in that if you need to reschedule a booking due to COVID-19, we will accommodate this with no questions asked.  

Is payment taken in full at the time of booking? 

Payment will be taken in full on booking. Please read the cancellation policy that is on each activity page through the ‘book now’ button
