The paddleboarding course introduces and explains the basic SUP technique through a mix of theory and practical activity which enables everyone to get hands-on experience with SUP paddle board.
Tailor-made for adventurers who have already mastered the basic paddle board technique, our SUP paddle board experiences offer a full day of exploring the great coastline and rivers of South Wales. These experiences are suitable for anyone who has completed one of our stand up paddle board lessons (from SUP Tasters to SUP Social).
We will supply transport, equipment and guides who provide SUP instruction throughout the day.
Looking for an organised SUP session where you can paddle as a group with fellow SUPers? Join SUP Social Cardiff and enjoy the shared experience of paddleboarding with likeminded people. Our Ladies Only SUP course is the perfect opportunity to try your hand at the world’s fastest growing water sport without feeling self-conscious. We are offering dedicated women's SUP lessons which will get you afloat and paddling along the beautiful Welsh waters in no time.
Ladies of all levels and abilities are welcome to join our women's SUP course and enjoy some time on the water. The ladies only stand up paddleboarding programme spans over the course of four weeks, with two-hour sessions taking place each week. Running over the course of the summer holidays, CIWW’s SUP for kids introduces children to the ocean in what we hope is the start of a lifelong friendship. Run in an inclusive, non-competitive environment, our junior SUP paddle programme focuses on building self-esteem amongst youngsters.
Kids SUP courses are currently available at only a handful of locations across the UK and the CIWW children's SUP paddle programme is among them.
The kids SUP course is suitable from children aged between 8 and 12 years. No previous paddleboarding experience is required to take part.
SUP for kids runs weekly over the course of the school summer holidays, Monday to Friday. The junior SUP paddle programme consists of five lessons covering SUP Safety, SUP Adventures, Ocean Plastic, Healthy SUP Kids and Ambassador for the planet.
