Having taken the world of watersports by storm, SUP is a great way to enjoy the flatwater and get a full body workout at the same time. Combining surfing and canoeing / kayaking, it involves standing on an oversized board and using a canoe-style paddle to move through the water. The sport is ideal for groups (minimum of 4 people).
The beauty of this activity is that it is adaptive and can change to suit your mood and experience. You can simply make as much or as little effort as you want!
Our basic introduction to SUP course will teach you everything you need to get started.
Two hour taster session, on Sundays at 10.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00 for just £25.00 per person.
We welcome ladies of all levels and abilities to come and enjoy some time on the water. The 4 week Ladies-only SUP Course takes place on Wednesday evenings at 18.00 - 20.00 for £60.00 per person.

SUP is also an ideal Stag & Hen party activity. All kit and instruction is supplied and all sessions are suitable from age 12 (subject to availability).
Join us for one of our unique SUP Yoga Sessions at Cardiff International White Water.
During the sessions, you will be guided through an introduction to the paddle boards, a warm up and introduction on how yoga can be transferred onto the water!
